Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MSI Installer for creating software installers.
The free version may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Paid licenses permit commercial use according to the specific plan purchased.

Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
MSI Installer and all related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of installers you create, but we retain all rights to the software itself.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
