By accessing, downloading, or using MSI Installer software and related services ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synthesis Enterprises Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Nevis, Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, operating under the brand name JRBUDDY.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MSI Installer for creating software installers.
The Free version of MSI Installer may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. It includes basic MSI creation features, the visual editor, standard themes, and MSI/EXE output.
Pro licenses are available for purchase through JRBUDDY. Pro plans include: 3-Day Trial ($9.99), Monthly ($49.99/month), 6-Month ($119.99), and Annual ($199.99/year). Pro licenses permit commercial use and include code signing, all 6 professional themes, CI/CD integration, custom actions, prerequisites bundling, and priority support.

Pro subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected (3-day, monthly, 6-month, or annual). All payments are processed securely through our payment processor at jrbuddy.com. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro license, contact support@jrbuddy.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
MSI Installer, its source code, documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Synthesis Enterprises Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the installers you create with the Software, but we retain all rights to the Software itself, including the JRBUDDY and MSI Installer brand names.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNTHESIS ENTERPRISES LIMITED, JRBUDDY, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Installers you have already created and distributed prior to termination will continue to function.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
